Hi, I’m Arsen.
More than 10 years of tattooing experience, shaped by guest spots and conventions across Europe.
Now bringing that experience to Tampa, Florida.
Working across different styles has given me a strong understanding of composition, contrast, and the body. Adapting to different projects and working alongside other artists has made me versatile, precise, and confident in my technique.
I’ve chosen to focus on engraving and illustrative blackwork because this is where my drawing and technical precision are at their strongest. This is where I’m in my element. I understand these styles inside out: how the lines should flow, where the contrast belongs, and how much detail a design can carry, from an individual piece to a full sleeve.
You’re in experienced hands. I’ll give you a clear opinion on what will work, explain the choices, and guide you through the design, size, and placement. Every project is drawn for one person and tattooed only once, with the attention it deserves.

A clear plan before we begin:

Share your idea.
Send the subject, placement, approximate size, and a few references. You don’t need a finished design.

Plan your session.
We discuss the composition, quote, and available dates. A deposit secures your appointment.

Design & placement.
I prepare your design for the appointment. On the day, we use print tests to find the best size and placement before tattooing.

Before you book.
How much will my tattoo cost?
Each design is priced individually based on its size, complexity, and placement on the body. Large projects are priced per session. If you’re considering a full back, a full sleeve, or another large project, message me and we can discuss a better rate for your project.
Can I buy a design separately?
I draw for booked appointments. Your custom design is included in the tattoo price, and designs are not sold separately.
How do we choose the size?
The amount of detail needs enough space to remain readable. We discuss an approximate size first, then compare print tests on your body at the appointment.
Do you work on both smaller tattoos and sleeves?
Yes. I create individual pieces, larger compositions, and full sleeves. We choose a size that suits the placement and gives the design enough space for the detail to remain readable.
Can we have a consultation first?
Yes. I offer free consultations at the studio and Zoom consultations for clients traveling from farther away. Message me to arrange one.
Do you work in color?
I work exclusively in black and white.
